TIME WITH YOUNG DISCIPLES
Sundays at 10:30 am
This is WORSHIP dedicated to our young disciples during the 10:30 am service. This enables our children to have a better understanding of God’s teachings while including them as an integral part of family worship. Costumes, props, puppets, and music help make this part of Sunday worship special to children and adults alike.

MISSION MINDED (Formally known as Kids With Purpose) is a service oriented family small group that will meet monthly to complete easy mission projects for church family of all ages. Our focus is learning to SERVE the Lord by serving each other. Service opportunities have included freezer meals for the church family, church member yard clean up, and Christmas caroling to our shut-ins.

Powhatan United Methodist Church offers Vacation Bible School every summer. This wonderful, enriching week-long experience is dedicated to exposing children the teachings of Jesus Christ in a fun and interactive manner.
